Just a Sprinkle A Day, Actually with Everything we eat for the next 6 months.

Sarah and I lack Pie Hole Control. We've admitted it on our blog we've also discussed it many times between the two of us. So we are using Sensa for the next 6 months in addition to exercising regularly. The Sensa system is supposed to make a person feel fuller so they don't eat as much. Basically it's a white powder you sprinkle on everything you eat which is divided into two compartments in a shaker; one side used for Salty foods and the other side used for Sweet foods. It's not used in liquids. The literature says we don't have to change what we eat, no counting calories. Right now we're not sure if it will work or not, but we'll be posting about our experience on this Tinkerbell Pixie Dust Diet for all of you to read. And if it works? We'll clap our hands and tell you, "We believe!"

I bought 8,000 pounds of fruit tonight at the grocery store that I pray will not rot in the fridge like most of the fruit I buy.

Right now I am plowing through some grapes of the fermented, liquid variety and I just had a skinny cow fudge bar. Baby steps, I guess.

I get sent sensa also. I don't think it's working at all.

Laurie,
We have the same problem in our house. I buy the stuff and it winds up rotting. I now understand why my parents went to the grocery store every day on their way home from work to buy food to prepare for dinner. My husband thinks that's insane, but my feeling is it stops the rotting. BUT now with gas prices so high, daily drives to the grocery store aren't cost effective.

So, maybe we use the rotting grapes to make wine?

Jodi,
How long have you been using the Sensa? I've only had it a few days, but the stuff I read about it said it can be months until anything noticeable happens.

Feel free to chronicle your pixie dust usage here, in our forum, the People's Pixie Dust court! (Dear lord, I am watching way too much People's Court. Obviously.)
