Loser Mom FAIL

Up three more pounds.

I am officially four pounds lighter than the heaviest I have ever been (not including being pregnant with twins.)

Maybe bathing suit season will get me off of my fat ass.

Does anyone have any tips on how they get motivated to start a diet?

Have your husband start a diet and feel compelled to keep up with him. It's the only way I'm still doing this. It stinks that he's lost twice as much as me though.

Great blog! Hmmmm, I don't know if I have any great advice as I am in a similar situation. A moment of insanity is getting me on track...after seeing a photo of me, I signed up for a marathon. Now I HAVE to get serious. Ha!

Diets don't work. You don't have to go on a diet. It is better to control your portion size and make healthy eating choices. And exercise!

I made my husband commit to eating better with me. We cook better foods together, we keep each other accountable. I'm also doing Weight Watchers again - it worked for me the first time, and it's now working again.
