Reflecting back on the past two days I think I've done alright. I"ve lost 40 pounds, I'm not a bit hungry and I find Bran Buds and Celery entirely satisfying. 8 glasses of water? Easily down the hatch. No problem. I am up to 7 hours a day on my elliptical and I feel awesome!
And if you read that first paragraph really fast you can count it as cardio. HA!
The first few days of a new routine suck. I have increased my water intake. This means we're going to need more toilet paper. That's how it is. Really.
What's happening with all of you? How have the past couple of days been?

Well I've only worked out once but totally stated within my WW points range so far. And I feel great. So next week I'll be hitting the gym like crazy and trying to use a little less of my extra WW points. FAYE!
Rice cakes? Suck. But I think they have fewer calories than cardboard. So there's that.

I started my period and gained three pounds, just on Thursday. Pfffft
All is well here. Thursday and Friday were hard and discouraging, but today feels good! 'Cause I'm all about kicking ass and taking the money, baby.
Oh, and getting healthy too, I suppose. Whatever.
I've had a good few days. I'm down a few pounds so far. Work is getting busier and busier so my time is limited but I've made it to he gym a few times in the last week. I go to England in 120 days from today to see my beau (long story) and I'd love to look slimmer and fitter. I'm well on my way!
I'm with Annette. But I figure the good news is, by the time Wednesday rolls around, I will have lost the bloated look. That's worth a couple of ounces, I'm sure.
On a good note, I'm heading to the gym almost every day and actually feeling better, even if I still can't button my jeans.
Here's the crap. I just started my period today. So the official first days of the challenge have been righteous pms days. Despite that, I have managed to mostly stay on target. I'm hoping that when Flo leaves, she take a few dozen pounds of water weight with her. :)
I have been doing well exercising, but am still struggling with the food. I'm hoping that if I exercise I will be motivated to not let it go to waste by eating a bunch.
I gave in to temptation and ate a few cookies last night, but I then had a chili and salad when I went out to eat, so I figure they balance each other out.
Hoping for a loss this week!
Is it pathetic that I've taken to working out in front of DVR'd episodes of The Biggest Loser and FF to the parts where Jillian is screaming so I can close my eyes and imagine she's screaming at me?
I'm thinking just a little.
Claire, between the two of us we'd be awesome: I'm fine with the food but can't seem to make myself exercise!
